Refund policy

REFUND POLICY 

If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased on shopbeachscene.com, you have 30 days from receipt to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags & hygienic liners attached, in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your original purchase order/invoice.

To start a return, contact us at hello@shopbeachscene.com. Please reference your order number, item to be returned with a brief description of the reason for return. For returns, we are happy to issue you a return label for $8.50 so you can send it back (please note that $8.50 will be deducted from your refund) OR you can send your return back yourself through any carrier of your choice and you must email us a tracking number once the return has been sent in the mail. 

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

If you send your items back without notifying us, there will be a delay in processing your return. Furthermore, if you send your items back to us outside of the 30-day window requesting a credit or return, should we accept the return, items will be subject to restocking fee of a minimum of $10.00.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES 

We offer free exchanges and will email you a return label for the exchange. 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund. Once your return or exchange is received at the warehouse, please allow 48hrs processing time. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

 

EDITING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
We process your order as soon as it's placed! Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make ANY changes (This includes cancellations, shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting a promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)
